Not one to let a global pandemic stand in his way, business owner Olly Cogger moved into office space at Highbridge Enterprise Centre in January 2021. The digital advertising and website business has significantly developed over the past year, and founder Olly has seen demand for his business’ digital expertise soar.

The Digital Cogs offers bespoke digital marketing services for clients of all sizes. Founder Olly is passionate about providing a friendly, honest and result driven service. This customer centred approach has led to The Digital Cogs securing an impressive, and growing client base, both across Somerset and the UK as demand for digital marketing has intensified.
Olly explains: “For many businesses the pandemic has highlighted the importance of a digital presence. We’re seeing a lot of people reach out to us as they look to invest time in digital and digital expertise. We’re also seeing the impact of start-up websites, originally set up during lockdown evolving and ready for developing. There is a real appreciation now that the digital services are here, for the long run!”
Olly has a background working for larger agencies and when setting up his own business was always keen that The Digital Cogs approach be considered personal, and responsive: “We offer direct ways to get in contact with us; WhatsApp, email or call - there’s no clunky ticketing systems. We’ve put in options for clients to choose how to work with us. Essentially, we’re happy for clients to see us as a digital extension to the team. Importantly we’re also up front and honest about what digital marketing can do for a company.”
The Future
The business has gone from strength to strength, being benefited by being part of the Enterprise Centre. Olly comments: “Before I started looking at business premises, I was aware of the Enterprise Centres, however I didn’t realise that they offered a lot more than simply an office block. The easy in/out terms provide peace of mind and a flexibility to grow; valuable for a younger business starting up. The site offers easy parking and meeting rooms for client sessions.”
“I have met with the ESW’s business advisor who has been able to support with guidance on future proofing the business and planning. Looking ahead to 2022 I’m looking to double the team to meet the growing demand of clients we have coming on board, and to be able to continue to offer the level of service that The Digital Cogs is proud of.
