Work is progressing well on Somerset’s newest Enterprise Centre site; Bruton Enterprise Centre, due to open later this year. Once complete, the centre will consist of 7 light industrial units as well as an office block to include 10 small offices, 2 meeting rooms and a studio space.
The centre is being built by Willmott Dixon construction together with Grainge Architects and Somerset County Councils Property and Economy teams. The project is jointly funded by the County Council, the European Regional Development Fund and the Getting Building Fund.
We have already received a number of enquiries for workspace, which will be available from November this year and are building a pipeline of people interested in taking an office or unit at the centre.
