Case Study – Demi Keenan Interiors

Demi Keenan has a passion for interior design and an eye for detail. With a feel for fabric and a love of furniture, Demi set up her company to use her creativity to transform property and spaces. Demi uses 3D visuals as a tool to help her clients visualise her designs before making them a reality.

The Challenge

Having returned to Torquay, Demi rebranded the company and set up a new website. To see the business grow Demi needed to look at her business plan and marketing strategy to see how she could drive the business forward and increase her client base. Demi’s background in design and experience of varied projects across the world gave her a unique design perspective that she wanted to share.

The Solution

As part of the ERDF Growth Support Programme, TDA Business supported Demi with her business plan and marketing strategy. Through the marketing sessions a number of opportunities were identified, including how to drive traffic to the website.

Demi said: “As much as I thought I knew about business, without the support from Kim and Matt I would never have known how to drive my business forward successfully, and it seems to be working already. I come out of every meeting so driven and positive. This programme is a huge asset to anyone’s business.”

Results

After the digital training and tips around blog writing, Demi has seen the traffic to her website increase and as a result has picked up more clients.

“By applying what I have learned in my business planning and marketing support sessions, it has given me the confidence to write a blog and add this to my website. The analytics, another thing that I’ve learned to use, show me that more people are visiting my website and contacting me, which is really encouraging and motivating me to do more.”
