Class-Leading Facilities Available to Business Tenants at South Devon Business Centre

Not many offices available to let come with the type of facilities on offer at the brand new Hi-Tech & Digital Centre.

South Devon College recently constructed the Hi Tech & Digital Centre for computing, engineering and design education. On the second floor of the building sits South Devon Business Centre (SDBC), with brand new serviced offices available to let.

Tenants of SDBC can benefit from a range of equipment, resources and state-of-the-art facilities to make a business stand out, grow or maximise on their business offering.

The range of bookable facilities include a screening suite with 100 seats suitable for conferences as well as viewing high quality imagery and media on the 4K cinema screen with surround sound. There are three 3D printers on site which will give you the opportunity to develop physical products and prototypes more efficiently.

The Hi Tech & Digital Centre also houses both a photography studio and a dedicated video studio. Equipped with a range of lights, flashes, backdrops, green screen, cameras and even virtual reality equipment, creating promotional marketing material for your business can happen in the same building you’re already working in.

Also on site are an array of engineering and robotics facilities, including milling machines and a laser cutter. As well as all this, there are plenty of meeting spaces available to book within the Business Centre with touchscreen displays that can wirelessly cast your device screen, allowing any attendee of the meeting to jump in if they have information on their device they want to share.

SDBC is ideal for start-ups or small businesses. With a range of fully serviced, new offices suitable for 1-5 persons currently available, anybody interested is encouraged to get in touch for further information or to arrange a visit with the Business Centre Coordinator Heather Burton on or 01803 321200.

Full details of the limited number of remaining offices can be found on TDA’s Rightmove pages
