TDA on behalf of Torbay Council invites offers from parties interested in entering into a Licence for a boating rights concession for which to operate a watersports hire business. The Licence will be offered for one season, therefore giving the opportunity to benefit from seasonal trade. The Licence is to include the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
